The communication between the various departments here was good along with communicating well with the medical professionals from the hospital I was discharged from. I was at The Grove for a total of 4 weeks and I leave feeling confident that I can return home safely and navigate my home comfortably. My stay here didn't feel like I was in a hospital.
When I had a problem, they solved it. When we first came to visit we knew this was the place for our loved one we thought it was just perfect - the community is very clean and we thought the administrative team was very helpful. The value for the money is a 5 plus, it is definitely there. I was a patient at The Grove for sub-acute rehab after each of my knee replacements. I had an excellent experience each time. The rehab department helped me recover fast and well.

The front desk receptionist isn't very pleasant, but the rest of the staff is very kind, and helpful. His room is well maintained when we visit, but the guest restroom could be better maintained. Each time I left feeling strong and confident. It was helpful having Charles and Frank as my primary therapists. I was fortunate to be able to perform most of my daily needs with mild assistance or independently, but when I did need nursing assistance I found many of them to be warm and supportive. There was enough variety of food menus and was surprised that the food tasted this well. The facility is beautifully renovated and well maintained. I enjoyed participating in the recreational activities, like the current events, music, with wine-and-cheese being the highlight.
